Dubai - April 29th, 2013: The leading finance company "Mawarid Finance" participates in the Career UAE 2013 which is taking place today Tuesday at Dubai World Trade Centre. Mawarid Finance Group showcases the available positions within the group and receives applications from the candidates who look for challenging positions in the financial sector.
Commenting on the company's participation in Careers UAE 2013, Mr. Mohamed Al Nueimi, CEO of Mawarid Finance said "This kind of exhibitions represents an ideal platform for both the candidates and employers to meat and interact with each other; providing the candidates with the required skills to enter the employment market. While we are participating in this exhibition, we are looking forward to get the expected response from the job seekers especially UAE nationals. We received 2500 applications, 65% of them from UAE nationals during Sharjah National Career Fair, but unfortunately 35% of them did not accept to take the jobs being far from their residence locations in the other northern emirates; despite the fact that many of the company's national staff come daily from the same cities and report every day in time".
Fatima Bin Fahd, Vice President - Human Resource of the Group said "We participate in this exhibition and looking forward to attract qualified and talented UAE nationals in the field of information technology to join our IT Company which is recently acquired by our group in addition to the other positions. During this exhibition, we plan to make agreements with other companies to share experiences and to organize training and workshops for the staff in both of companies".
She added that they are planning to arrange training on Islamic Finance for the UAE national female students in the Secondary schools and Universities.
