With an extensive 12 years of experience in the logistics industry, Marwan joined the TNT Express family in 2008 and has delivered operational initiatives and excellence while working with the team in the UAE.
"Marwan's appointment will be a great support to further reduce operational cost management and improve customer expectation," commented Mark Pell, General Manager for TNT Express UAE.
In his new role, Marwan will lead TNT Express' state of the art facilities at Jebel Ali, the recently launched air cargo facility at Dubai Airport Free Zone and other depots across the UAE.
TNT Express has seen ongoing development in the Middle East especially the UAE with hub expansion at Dubai International Airport and Jebel Ali as well as a daily air connection between Dubai and Europe. This service is in direct response to client based requests, connecting the USA, via TNT's power base in Europe directly to the air and road networks of the Middle East and further develops our commitment to the local market.
