Software service provider Liana Technologies is the marketing and communications software provider for Business Finland’s operations related to the World Expo 2020 which will be held in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, between October 1, 2021 and March 31, 2022. As Dubai Expo 2020 exhibition partner, Liana Technologies is one of the more than 110 companies and 40 partners that will be representing Finnish innovation and technological know-how.
On the 24th of October, Liana Technologies will host their VIP day at Finland's pavilion, called the "Snow cape". The keynote speaker for the day will be Mr. Mikael Vainio, Managing Partner MEA, of Hintsa Performance. Hintsa Performance is a global leader in human high-performance coaching. They help their clients achieve sustainable high performance with methods proven in Formula 1 and Fortune 500. In his presentation, Mr. Vainio will share how organizations can lead wellbeing, and how Liana’s easy-to-use marketing technology empowers marketers around the world.
“During the hectic workdays of modern marketers, it is crucial to remember the importance of work-life balance and support team members in different areas of their lives. We’ve also noticed that when a company’s software and tools are in order and selected by the staff, they really help the staff to perform their day-to-day tasks and deliver results. Keeping this in mind, we are overjoyed that during Liana’s VIP day at the Dubai Expo, we get to provide world-class data and latest insights about holistic wellbeing for our stakeholders, in addition to helping over 3,500 organizations operate more efficiently,” states Tomi Saikkonen, the Vice President of Middle East for Liana Technologies.
"Current leaders need to understand the business case impact of absenteeism, presenteeism, productivity, and turnover. Moreover, Covid-19 has elevated the levels of anxiety and stress that WHO has already prior to Covid called the epidemic of this decade. Wellbeing is not just free gym passes and healthy smoothies anymore. It impacts companies' results. Therefore, leaders need to understand how to measure the impact of wellbeing – or lack of it – and lead it as they lead people and their business," explains Mikael Vainio, Managing Partner of Hintsa Performance MEA.
