KPMG in Bahrain has recently launched a dedicated mobile application - ‘KPMG VAT Toolkit’, to assist businesses in the Kingdom of Bahrain understand VAT (expected now in the second half of 2018), keep on top of the developments and evaluate the impact the introduction of VAT has on the way business is conducted and supported.

KPMG VAT Toolkit contains up-to-date information, insights from KPMG’s subject matter experts and practical tools, best practice information from around the World and all lessons learned from KSA and UAE, all aimed at helping businesses and individuals prepare for the new tax system. The easy-to-navigate application is available for iOS and Android devices and also features a VAT Compliance Tool, enabling users to get familiar with the upcoming VAT compliance and their VAT payable or recoverable position.
