National Arab Motors - Kia Jordan received this latest accolade due to the exceptional success and versatility of its mobile customer service application. Criteria for the award included creativity and innovation in design, ease of download and use, operational performance and efficiency, clarity of content, and the overall value provided by the application. Through Kia Jordan's mobile app, customers can easily book their maintenance dates, locate the nearest customer service touch point, and pull up vehicle data, among other features.

The Pan Arab Application Awards are organized by the Pan Arab Excellence Awards Academy, in cooperation with the Arab Organization for Social Responsibility and TATWEEJ Academy. The academy relies on international standards in the selection of its judging panel, and has adopted judging and assessment methods that involve the highest degree of transparency.
