Louvain-la-Neuve I.R.I.S. Group, a publicly traded company (Euronext Brussels: IRI), market leader in Intelligent Document Recognition (IDR), Electronic Document Management (EDM) and Optical Character Recognition (OCR) announced today the signature of an agreement with ACI Computer to distribute its entire I.R.I.S. OCR office products range and professional solutions in Morocco.
This agreement follows a meeting between I.R.I.S. and ACI Computer on I.R.I.S.’ booth at GITEX 2008 held in Dubai last month. Thanks to this win-win partnership, I.R.I.S. ambitions to consolidate its presence on the North African markets and to commercialize its products and solutions through a wide network of specialized hi-tech stores and Moroccan retailers.
Taking on the right distributor is a key point in the sales strategy to efficiently develop and maintain an active channel network. The distribution agreement with ACI Computer is part of this growth strategy. ACI Computer will distribute the following I.R.I.S. product ranges:
