ISO 9001 Internal Quality Auditor program took place in Al Kifah Printing Press - Al Ahsa by ICON-RealConsult of InfoVision Consultants W.L.L.

Al Ahsa, Saudi Arabia, July 10, 2007 - "Internal Quality Auditor Training Program" was organized in Al Ahsa, Saudi Arabia, on Sunday and Monday, July 8-9, 2007 by Al Kifah Printing Press, renowned printing and publishing company of GCC. The training was conducted by Mr. Mobin Sheikh, Principal Consultant and Lead Tutor at ICON-RealConsult, (SBU of InfoVision Consultants W.L.L.).

Al Kifah Printing Press as part of its policy to promote Saudi employees nominated Saudi Employees from Management, Production, Sales and other departments to be trained as Internal Quality Auditors among other participants. Engr. Abdul Aziz Alafaleq, GM Al Kifah Printing Press said at the training, "We have to live quality, if we have to survive in highly competitive business like printing and publishing. Our aim is to keep our customer delighted and that's the reason we are in business. Customer satisfaction will only be possible, if we have trained employees and state-of-art printing technologies. We believe in the capabilities of our employees especially we are training Saudi Youth to let them take the lead and carry our company to new glories"

At the event Mr. Mohammed Al Thani, Executive Manager Al Kifah Printing Press, thanked the trainees and motivated them to master the subject and make Internal Quality Auditing as key to organization continual improvement.

Internal Quality Auditor Training offered by ICON-RealConsult (InfoVision Consultants W.L.L.) is based on guidelines of IRCA and follows ISO 19011:2002 auditing protocols. The trainees are trained on ISO 9001:2000, ISO 9004 and ISO 19011 during this comprehensive training program. The learning of staff is verified regularly during the training program through review quizzes, case studies, MCQs, and auditing exercises.  IQA training is followed by evaluations and only qualified trainees get the certificate of successful completion and can work as qualified Internal Auditors.
