DUBAI, United Arab Emirates, 27 May 2008 - HP Middle East has today launched the HP Color LaserJet CM6040/6030 multifunction printer series (MFP), HP's top-of-the-line colour laser MFP. Intuitively designed for large workgroups and power users, this colour MFP series offers A3 printing and copying along with efficient workflow features and industry-leading solutions to keep printing environments secure with minimal interruptions.

"These new printers can provide enterprises with a multifunction printing platform that can enhance productivity and is easy to use," said Prateek Dayal, Enterprise Business Manager, Imaging and Printing Group, HP Middle East. "This is not only about cutting costs. It's about using HP printers to help customers secure business information more effectively and increasing the competitive advantage."

Designed to help companies meet compliance requirements, the HP Color LaserJet CM6040/CM6030 MFP helps protect critical information - in both hardcopy and electronic form - while simplifying the way printing environments are managed. In addition to standard security protocols, the MFP series contains a variety of options such as IPSec encryption, control panel lock capabilities, password protection and 802.1X authentication to promote end-to-end network security.
