Guests visiting or staying at the property now have the option of upgrading to faster internet speed
MUSCAT - As a leader in hospitality, Grand Hyatt Muscat has kept up with the ever changing technological demands by recently upgrading the internet speed at the hotel.
Now guests staying at Grand Hyatt Muscat have the option to improve the speed of the internet on their smart devices to 4G courtesy of Nawras.
Garry Friend, General Manager of Grand Hyatt Muscat said "We are delighted to make this announcement to all our guests. We strive to achieve the highest levels of service especially when it comes to technology. Guests using their smart devices now have the flexibility to choose high internet speed from the Nawras 4G plan".
Wolfgang Wemhoff, Chief Technology Officer at Nawras said, "We have seen an enormous increase in demand for high speed data services. Customers want to be able to stay connected while travelling, to send pictures and videos to friends and family at home, as well as accessing emails, social media sites and all the latest information on the web. This will be possible with our modernised network, 4G capabilities and our strong indoor coverage for users inside the hotel, not just on the grounds. We are delighted to be able to provide the Grand Hyatt with high speed connectivity for their customers."
Nawras has invested more than RO 95 million to date on modernising their network and will invest a further significant amount on network expansion and upgrading this year. The programme will upgrade capacity to ensure they have 3G/3G+ capabilities across the entire network and also ensure a larger 4G footprint, with significantly enhanced indoor coverage.
