Kathleen Taylor, president and CEO, Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts (left) and Talha Al Hashimi, CEO, Bright Start L.L.C. (right) signed a formal agreement announcing plans for a new resort property set to be developed in the heart of Jumeirah Beach.

The private signing ceremony was held at Bright Start's Dubai offices, following a press conference earlier this morning announcing details of the new Four Seasons Resort at Jumeirah Beach, which is expected to open in 2014.
