First Motors, the exclusive distributors of Hyundai vehicles in the kingdom of Bahrain was recently awarded with top honors for excellence in its spare parts sales at the Hyundai-MOBIS Annual Spare Parts Conference in Barcelona, Spain earlier this year.
Hyundai MOBIS is a reputed automotive spare parts manufacturer based in Seoul, South Korea that is dedicated to introduce and supply original products, cutting edge technologies and driving innovations to various vehicle distributors around the world.
Conducted every year, the Hyundai-MOBIS Annual Spare Parts Conference aims to identify, encourage and reward the best sales of Hyundai spare parts among its distributors in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region.
First Motors was selected among 20 regional distributors to be the recipient of the award. This was based on recognition of its efforts towards the development of its warehouse facility and staff training so as to ensure that Hyundai customers are assured a high standard with regards to any aspect; be it exceptional customer service, availability of spare parts or other vehicle services in general.
The Hyundai MOBIS Excellence in Parts Sales Award was presented to Parts Manager of First Motors Mr. Ignatius Lopez by Managing Director of MOBIS Parts Middle East Mr. C.W. Yoon at the award ceremony.
The Excellence in Parts Sales Award comes as the latest addition to a series of awards that First Motors has won throughout its years of partnership with Hyundai. This attributes to its adoption and implementation of the best practices and guidelines in the arenas of automobiles distribution, services, and spare parts that has made First Motors one of the top automotive dealers in the Kingdom of Bahrain.
