Estarta Solutions, a leading IT company and provider of Banking Solutions completes full deployment of Microsoft Enterprise Project Management solution at The National Commercial Bank (NCB) of Saudi Arabia, a leading financial institution in the region.

"We have seen the results of adopting this solution after evaluating a successful pilot project implemented by Estarta. NCB has already defined a project lifecycle methodology, which stems from the Project Management Institute body of knowledge. Implementing this lifecycle using EPM will improve transparency and visibility over projects health, allocation of resources and cross team collaboration. It is a strategic direction of NCB which we hope will yield enhanced overall performance and outcome mainly to meet our customers' increasing expectations" says Taha Husseini, Chief Information Officer of NCB.

Estarta Solutions, backed with experience in implementing Microsoft EPM for financial institutions, deployed a team of skilled functional and technical consultants to the bank's headquarters in Jeddah to study the bank's Projects Life Cycle, advise on improvements and automate certain processes in the project lifecycle methodology.

"In the past twelve months alone, Estarta completed over twelve successful EPM implementations for different sized organizations in the region. This vast experience resulted smooth implementation at NCB, enabling a key management tool at this leading financial institution", comments Ennis Rimawi, CEO of Estarta Solutions.

Microsoft's Enterprise Project Management is aimed at improving business profitability and enhancing customer service by increasing efficiency and effectiveness of project teams working together across the organization. The solution also enables managers to make informed decisions and adapt quickly to changing business conditions. Management reporting provides greater visibility into staff's skills and availability, real-time status of tasks and resources, thus enhancing decision-making and enabling the organization to dynamically assign resources. With EPM, Executives are able to track histories as well as progress of projects across the organization using various reports customized for their needs.
