United Arab Emirates: Dubai. Dubai Healthcare City (DHCC) has released the latest version of its custom-made widget powered by online booking specialist Okadoc, which is available on its website.
Patients can now visit www.dhcc.ae to search for DHCC-based medical practitioners according to specialit, insurance & plans, hospital or clinic. Doctors can also be chosen based on languages spoken and gender.
A total of 32 specialities across 11 DHCC-based healthcare facilities are currently bookable online through the service.
Once a DHCC-based physician is selected, an instantly confirmed online appointment booking can be made in between 25 to 45 seconds. The patient receives notifications and reminders through multi channels, they can cancel or reschedule instantly 24/7 from within the notifications and reminders.
Patients can even request earlier availability and they will receive a notification in case of any cancelations or new availibilty in the doctor’s calendar.

We currently have more than 300 active medical specialities across 170+ clinical providers in the free zone.
