DUBAI, THE UAE,  June 08, 2008 - D-Link ME today announced the launch of its new service center based in Khald Bin Al Waleed Road (Computer Street) in Bur Dubai, which is fully-operational since April 20, 2008. With the new service center, business users and end-users alike will be able to have faulty products tested and replaced faster. D-Link's ultimate goal is to increase the customer satisfaction in the Middle East market  and by providing fast solutions to occurring problems, D-Link ME is certain to move in the right direction.

The new service center will assist with all D-Link customer's inquiries regarding product replacements by providing an easy platform to all resellers and end-users. They can call the service center during all days of the week.

The networking giant's strong concern about customer service shows not merely by the latest addition in Bur Dubai, but reflects also through the overall regional coverage of service center institutions, such as in the UAE  - Jebel Ali and further key regions like Iran, Pakistan, Egypt and KSA.
