Franz Kielnhofer, Sheraton Soma Bay Resort's general manager, has announced recently the appointment of Colin Grant as The New Executive Chef of the hotel.
Chef Colin worked before in Egypt, where he feels it is a new era with exceptionally high demands in standards and an equally exciting time in the development of the tourism industry in Egypt. Having an extensive international experience in the hospitality industry, Chef Colins brings with him over twenty years spent in Asia, Pacific region in addition to Canada and France which makes him the perfect choice for this position at the Sheraton Soma Bay Resort.
