Chartered Institute of Building ( CIOB) , UK endorsing the upcoming Eco Buildings Conference at Millenium Hotel , Doha on the 17th and 18th of April 2011 will be represented by Mr Chris Blythe Chief Executive of Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB), UK chairing the two day conference and also  Professor Ghassan Aouad Vice President of Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB) presenting on aiming for a better alternative materials substitution for ecopreferable materials.

The World Green Building Council (WGBC) has proven that eco buildings can reduce these carbon dioxide emissions by 35%. Besides, it also reduces energy by 30-50%, waste by 70% and water usage by 40%. Moreover, the Middle East are looking into the Vision 2030 to be man advanced society and sustaining its development to provide a high standard of living for its entire people. Environment protection and development is one of the four pillars that make up to Vision 2030.
