The Park will be divided into three zones, each with a distinct theme and linked by several alternative pedestrian paths. The Family Zone will run along the Corniche from Khaleej Al Arabi Street to the Clock Tower. The central zone will stetch from the Clock Tower to the Sheraton Hotel. Finally, the Heritage Zone, emphasizing local culture and traditions, will extend from Sheraton Hotel to Mina Zayed.
The hotel is prominently situated on the Abu Dhabi Corniche overlooking the turquoise clear water of the Arabian Gulf. The shopping and commercial districts are within walking distance, the Abu Dhabi Gold Market, the Petroleum Exhibition, the Old Fort and the Dhow Shipyard.
