The Gala event took place at Al Bustan Rotana where hundreds from the hospitality industry in the UAE, Cairo, Oman, Kuwait & Saudi were gathered.
The online voting system had enabled over 10,000 end users & travel agencies across the region the opportunity to let the region know who they think are the best in the hospitality industry.
