ISTANBUL- Turkey's Treasury said on Wednesday that it mandated three banks for the issuance of a euro-denominated eurobond due 2026 as part of its 2018 external borrowing programme.

The Treasury said it mandated BNP Paribas, HSBC and ING. Turkey has borrowed $6 billion in eurobonds so far this year, largely completing the planned 2018 external borrowing programme.
