Waja Company set the price for its initial public offering (IPO) on the Parallel Market (Nomu) of the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) at SAR 90 per share.

Marifa Capital, the financial advisor of the IPO, noted that the subscription period will take place during 12-19 February 2023, according to a bourse filing.

Of its total 3.50 million shares, the Saudi firm plans to list only 455,000 shares on Nomu.

Qualified investors who have an active investment account with any licenced financial institution can subscribe to the offering shares through the e-system provided by Alinma Investment Company, the lead manager of the transaction.

In December 2022, the Capital Market Authority (CMA) passed Waja’s request to trade 13% of its share capital.
