Egypt: IEEC unveils two acquisition agreements

The transactions’ amount will not exceed the fair value determined by an independent financial advisor

Arab Finance: The board of Industrial and Engineering Enterprises Company (IEEC) approved acquiring Enterprise Sigma Technology’s shares for an amount of EGP 300 million, according to a bourse disclosure.

During their meeting on December 20^th, the board members greenlighted the acquisition of Smart Parking Company in exchange for a maximum value of EGP 400 million.

The transactions’ amount will not exceed the fair value determined by an independent financial advisor.
