The Civil Service Bureau (CSB) is expected to issue its report, including the key achievements for the years 2021-2022, during the first quarter of 2023.

The team assigned to prepare the report is now collecting data before the report is approved and published on the bureau’s website.

According to our sister paper Akhbar Al Khaleej, the CSB suspended the issuance of the annual report which contains detailed information on citizens’ employment, promotions and transfers in the government sector for the years 2021-2022 on its website.

Normally, the CSB issues detailed data in advance on its website at the end of each year to cover the preceding year, specifically between October and December.

The last CSB report was issued in 2020, that is three years ago.

Details

The report usually includes details on human resources, employment, the total number of job applicants, promotions, administrative information, workforce planning, job evaluation, human resources development, institutional performance, administrative controls, wage policies and regulations and job benefits.

The report is considered an important reference for MPs, the Press, the media, and individuals for it contains information, figures and data about employment in the government sector.

It is worth noting that the CSB earlier published its annual reports regularly from 2012 to 2020.
