With Bahrain's Central Informatics Organisation (CIO) spearheading a move to deliver 'Smart Card' IDs to all residents in the Kingdom, many people changing their CPR cards have to make time in their schedules to process the paperwork.

For employees at Zain Bahrain things were made easier by the company and they had the advantage of having a dedicated counter in their office premises with CIO personnel on hand to guide them through the changeover.

"It was part of our human resources team's initiatives to make life easier for the Zain Bahrain  family," said Abdulla Al Majed, Employee Care Team Leader. "We provided a work station for the CIO team and a service letter to our employees. The CIO personnel did a terrific job in organising the setup for electronic fingerprinting, electronic signature and camera to take pictures," he said.
