The workshop of 'making Iranian experts acquainted with the modern technology and process of swage treatment' ended its work in Tehran on Wednesday.
Experts of German company of Emscher held two weeks of the three-week workshop with the aim of providing Iranian experts in water wastage industry with theoretical training.
Deputy Head of Tehran Water and Swage Company for Planning and Improving Management Affairs Javad Rajabzadeh said the participants of the workshop will visit swage treatment facilities in Germany in the next couple of months.
To provide all water and swage companies nationwide with the opportunity to participate in the workshop, the company demanded them to introduce a nominee to attend the event, Rajabzadeh said, adding that 28 experts took part in th workshop.
The managing director of Water and Swage Engineering Company of Iran and deputy minister of economy and energy of Germany signed an agreement to implement the memorandum of understanding inked by Tehran Water and Swage Company and managing director of Emscher Company to hold the workshop, he said.
An official with international affairs of the Emscher Company, for his part, pointed to the activities of the company in holding workshops in China, Algeria, Spain, Romania and Morocco.
