DUBAI, Aug 12 (KUNA) -- Index of the UAE financial stock market rose by 0.08 percent on Saturday closing at the level of 4,333 points in trading of 58.
49 million shares valued at 330 million dirhams.Stocks of up to 53 companies, out of the 99 listed firms, were traded. Shares of 27 companies posted hikes while those of 16 dropped.
Index of Abu Dhabi fiancial market rose by 0.33 percent standing at the level of 3,465 points, with the volume of the traded shares amounting to 17 million, at a value of 88 million dirhams.
Dubai stock exchange index fell by 0.45 percent reaching 407.52 points, through trading of 41 million stocks, at a value of of 240 million dirhams.
Fall proportion in the UAE market, since start of the year, has been estimated at 36.64 percent, with the total value of trading amounting to 285.
