ABU DHABI -- Insurance Business Group (IBG), working under the umbrella of Dubai Chamber of Commerce and Industry (DCCI), yesterday organised first of a series of seminars for the executives of the insurance industry at Dubai DCCI Conference Hall .
The seminar was inaugurated by Abdul Rehman Ghanim Al Mutaiwee, Director-General of the DCCI.
The seminar on "Leadership, communication & motivation skills" was sponsored by Al Wasl Insurance Brokers and was to be conducted by renowned trainer Ighsaan Davids from Australia.
The seminar was attended by the cross section of insurance company personnel.
This seminar marks the new trend for training the insurance company staff in soft skills required for improving skills and providing better customer service.
Hassan Mujtaba, CEO of Al Wasl Insurance, said that this is a long awaited very welcome event as not much was being done in the past for the training of Insurance staff on the industry level.
