Dubai - The Belhasa Driving Centre (BDC) launched yesterday the innovation of customer loyalty programme for the first time in the UAE. The Customer Relationship Management (CRM)-based programme focuses on building long-term relationship with BDC's core customers, by rewarding them for being loyal patrons of the centre.
A BDC Loyalty Card holder will be entitled to a wide range of benefits, including an opportunity to earn cash incentives. All past and present students of BDC can apply for the loyalty cards from any branch of the driving centre in Dubai. Moreover, the loyalty card can also be availed by non-BDC customers.
"The main objective of introducing such a novel customer loyalty programme in the region is to build on the strong relationship we create with our ever-expanding customer base," said Saif Ahmed Belhasa, Chairman and Managing Director, BDC.
"DBC believes in the concept of creating customers for life and ensuring that all our customers are benefited by our value added offers that range from cash rewards for referrals to emergency road assistance and accidental death insurance, " added Belhasa.
The loyalty card holder can earn loyalty points by referring a person to any of the BDC branches for any driving course. Every dirham spent by the referral entitles the card holder to earn one point. The number of points earned will be equivalent to one per cent of the total amount spent by the referral. For example, if the referral spends Dh1,000, the loyalty card holder earn 1000 points, which equates to Dh10. The loyalty points earned will be given as cash cheques every two months.
Further, BDC will tie-up with the International Motoring Club (IMC), a premier motoring association offering a wide range of automobile solutions to the motorists in the Middle East, to provide members of the loyalty card programme, free emergency road side assistance services. This cervices, limited to five times a year, is available round-the-clock anywhere in the UAE and includes towing, battery boost, flat tyre fixing, emergency fuel delivery and lock-out service.
Commenting on their partnership with BDC, Matt Phillips, CEO of International Motoring Club, said: "We are extremely pleased to be strategically associated with BDC, which is a globally recognised driving centre, providing training of the very highest quality. The centre has carved a niche for itself in the competitive driver training market of UAE, with its superior infrastructure facilities and its unwavering commitment to quality. The loyalty card programme is a timely introduction that will further strengthen the bond between BDC and its customers."
