Locally-owned supermarket Spinneys will officially open the doors tomorrow (May 30) of its latest store in the family-favourite and rapidly-developing Al Jurf community, continuing its footprint across Ajman and beyond.

Measuring more than 14,000 sq ft, the new Ajman store will be the second in the emirate and will create over 35 new jobs for the local community, which will be open seven days a week from 8am until midnight, bringing a convenient, one-stop shop for great-tasting, quality food.

The new full-service supermarket will be Spinneys 58th store in the UAE and will feature a range of on-site facilities. Services will include an in-store bakery with an Arabic bread baking facility, fresh cold and hot deli, a butchery, tasty fruits and vegetables, mixed salads, prepared food to go and everyday staples.

Speaking about Spinneys’ new opening, general manager, Marketing, Morne Fourie, commented:“With our continued focus on expansion throughout 2019, opening our second store in Ajman reinforces Spinneys’ footprint across the emirate. Al Jurf community offers a diverse selection of retail and dining attractions and we’re delighted to bring our fresh food offering to local shoppers in Ajman.”

The quality food retailer has plans to open a further eight supermarkets this year, including Jumeirah Golf Estate (Dubai), Damac Hills (Dubai), Dubai Creek Residences (Dubai), Meydan (Dubai), Al Maryah Central (Abu Dhabi), highlighting continued growth for the brand. – TradeArabia News Service
