ISTANBUL, Jan 6 (Reuters) - Here are news, reports and events that may affect Turkish financial markets on Monday.

The lira TRYTOM=D3 traded little changed at 2.1776 against the dollar at 0621 GMT, from 2.1774 late on Friday and from a record low of 2.1885 on Thursday.

The main stock index .XU100 closed 1.2 percent down at 65,967.14 points on Friday.

The yield on Turkey's 10-year benchmark bond

tTR270923TA=IS ended the day at 10.52 percent compared with 10.62 percent on Thursday.

GLOBAL MARKETS

Asian shares fell to a two-week low on Monday after growth in China's services sector slowed sharply last month, raising concerns about the pace of recovery in the world's second-largest economy, while safe-haven gold climbed.

Among commodities, gold XAU= advanced 0.5 percent a near three-week high of about $1,242.6 an ounce. U.S. crude futures
