Dubai: An African band from Ivory Coast is all set to stage a colourful traditional music and dance performance at Modhesh Fun City in the last leg of their tour on July 21.

The band has 29 members and has had a memorable time here with the kids tapping to their numbers. They have been performing traditional dances from June 21 onwards. The last performance of the season will be on July 21st.

The performances by young artists are very impressive as they are spontaneous and full of energy.

The troupe presents a traditional dance called Zawlee and mask dance with live music of the drums and other musical instruments. The Big Bay show has a mix of traditional beats and modern movements.

The one which is the most sorted one among kids is called Munding and has acrobatics and other interesting forms of expression with the body.

This lively event is so far the seen to involve the audience sing, dance and clap to cheer the performers.

The most striking feature here is that language is not a barrier as the performers and listeners are bound by the sound of music that echos unity.
