(Adds Loviisa-2 restart, Forsmark-2 back in operation, Oskarshamn-3 restart postponed) OSLO, Oct 21 (Reuters) - Finland's 496-megawatt (MW) Loviisa-2 reactor restarted operations over the weekend. Sweden's 1,120 MW Forsmark-2 reactor ramped-up production to full output. But plans to put back in operation another Swedish reactor, 1,400-MW Oskarshamn-3, were put on hold.

Oskarshamn-3 was due to restart earlier on Sunday but that plan was postponed due to a leakage in a conduit entry to the generator. Further inspection of other conduit entries was needed, the plant's operator said on Saturday.
