AL-KHOBAR - The governor of the Saline Water Conversion Company (SWCC) has said that the organization has achieved a Saudization rate of over 87 percent.
"This figure, for an organization working in industry, has not been reached by many companies," said Fahd Al-Shareef.
The SWCC head was speaking after the company and its training center was awarded the Prince Muhammad Bin Fahd Prize for Outstanding Government Performance, for which Al-Shareef received a personal cable of congratulations from Ghazi Al-Gosaibi, Minister of Labor. "The minister is a great figure," Al-Shareef said.
"We will keep up our work to give young Saudis technical training to help them become productive and qualified members of society working with the latest technology and innovations in which SWCC is skilled due to the support from King Abdullah, Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, and Crown Prince Sultan Bin Abdul Aziz."
