Reintroduce timings
I am a 73-year-old resident of the UAE and have been a subscriber of the paper from the very beginning. The newspaper has removed the information box on the day’s temperature, sunrise and sunset times and ask people to instead refer to the website. But I am not someone who reads the paper online and a lot of people I know also do not read Gulf News online. I often have to request people to find out information about the day’s temperature, so I thought why not request Gulf News to publish these details again? I would be really obliged if you could reintroduce this in the print edition, if not on the front page, then maybe in The Views’ section or in any supplement.

The weather report has been moved online to www.gulfnews.com, to a digital platform, which makes it easier to update and much more accessible. You can find it on the following link: http://gulfnews.com/uaessentials/weather. It is all part of our process to be as immediate and relevant as possible. And this also gives us more space in the print edition for further value-added content.
