DOHA: The Standard Chartered Bank has launched its 'Dream Account' campaign, a first of its kind deposit product in Qatar, keeping in mind the customers' special banking needs. The bank has uniquely designed an account for every member of the family focussing on their specific needs. For women, there is a 'Diva Account', a unique 'Junior Account' for children and for salaried individuals, an 'Executive Account'.
With the launch of 'Dream Account', Standard Chartered offers customers a chance to win three prizes. A client who opens an 'Executive Account', will have an opportunity to win a business class trip to Singapore with three night accommodation at a five star hotel and a three day ticket to watch the Singapore Grand Prix.
For Diva Account holders, designed specifically to meet the financial needs of women, they will have the opportunity to win a business class trip to France with a three night five star hotel accommodation in Paris and a gift voucher up to 1,000 Euro.
Holders of the Junior Account will be entitled to win three tickets, two for parents and one for the child with a three night five star hotel accommodation in Disney Land, Hong Kong.
The unique feature of the Dream Account is the earlier the account is opened, the higher the balances, the greater the chance to win. The minimum balance to qualify for the draw is QR2,000 for a Diva or Junior Accounts, QR50,000 for an Executive Account. The customers who have $1,000 in a priority banking account gets an additional chance to win.

Executive Account is designed as a one-stop account for executives to meet their day-to-day banking needs and other supplementary banking requirements. It offers the account holder a range of dedicated services and impressive benefits.
Account features range from Welcome Pack, Interest rate on Current accounts (0.5% p.a.), Free ATM/Debit Card, issuance and replacement, free phone banking and Internet banking, dedicated RM, One monthly free remittance, free cheque books, free managers cheque issuance, free balance certificates, free e-statements, free Gold Credit Card (no issuance fee for life), free Platinum Credit Card (for first year only), preferential interest rate on all types of loans (subject to credit approvals), life insurance coverage provided by ALICO (optional).
Rasha Badawi, Head of Wealth Management and Customer Experience, said that Diva Account offers unique features such as a Welcome Pack, interest on savings accounts (0.25% p.a.), free ATM/debit card issuance and replacement. It also offers free phone banking and Internet banking, free e-statements, dedicated desk for ladies financial planning needs, choose your account number, free credit card issuance among other features.
