KUWAIT -- Top Expo Group, in cooperation with Kuwait International Fair Co., has set the stage for Kuwait International Property Show which will take place between November 9-13.
The exhibition, the largest of its kind in the State of Kuwait, will be held at Kuwait International Fairs Ground, under auspices of Undersecretary of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry Rashid Al-Tabtaba'ei, the group said in a press release on Tuesday.
It will bring together more 45 real property developers who will showcase more than 100 projects in 17 GCC, Arab and foreign countries.
"Dar Al-Jazeera General Trade Co. will exhibit three project developed wholly by the company in the Kingdom of Jordan," the company's Director General Majed Al-Aryan said.
"The property market in the kingdom has been slightly affected by the international financial meltdown due to relatively stable prices there," he pointed out.
Al-Baraka International Real Estate Co. will showcase its key projects in Kuwait including the luxurious villa project in Khairan city, the company's Chairman Mohallal Al-Modhaf said.
He noted that his company is studying the possibility of launching real property projects in some Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries.
CEO of Bahrain's Al-Ainati group Abdussalam Al-Ainati highlighted the importance of the exhibition in promoting the property industry in the Arabian Gulf region.
The exhibition provides a unique opportunity for leading property developers and industry experts to develop partnerships and exchange views on the latest trends in the international property market, Al-Ainati said.
The four-day event will provide a chance for exhibitors to highlight the projects and investment opportunities in the real property market in Kuwait and the Arab region.
