Sheikh Tahnoun performs Eid-el Fitr Prayer in Al Ain

AL AIN, Sep. 30th, 2008: The Ruler's Representative in the Eastern Region Sheikh Tahnoon Bin Mohammad Al Nahyan today performed the Eid el-Fitr prayer at the Eid Musalla in Zakher, Al Ain City.

Also present to perform the Prayer were Sheikh Hamad Bin Tahnoun Al Nahyan, Sheikh Sultan Bin Tahnoun Al Nahyan, Chairman of Abu Dhabi Tourism Authority and Abu Dhabi Culture and Heritage Authority, Colonel Sheikh Ahmed Bin Tahnoun Al Nahyan, Chairman of the Critical National Infrastructure Authority and other sheikhs and senior officials.

The Eid sermon was delivered by Sheikh Nasser Saeed Al Shebli who preached the congregation on keeping good relationships within the community and families on this day.

Later, Sheikh Tahnoun received well-wishers at his palace in Al Ain.

In the Western Region, the Eid el-Fitr Prayer was performed at Eid Musalla in Madinat Zayed and other areas.
