JEDDAH: Some of the 120 exhibitors from 15 countries and their local counterparts reported new partnerships and deals at the Saudi Healthcare and Saudi Hospital show (SHASH'09), which ended over the weekend after a four-day run.

The show was held concurrently with Wellbeing and a symposium on "Paradigm Shift" and workshops at the Jeddah Centre for Forums & Events. Doctors, nurses, medical technicians and students, professionals, hospitals administrators and businessmen attended the show with most of them praising the high-level of international participation and the high standard of display of the latest products and services.

America, Britain, Germany, Iran, Lebanon, Jordan, Egypt, Canada, the UAE, Czech Republic, China, Turkey and Sweden alongside a large contingent of Saudi health care companies and major hospitals had their strong presence.
