TUNIS (TAP) - "The lack of political will, the absence of a clear strategy for the conquest of Africa, the weakness accompanying Tunisian banks and the logistic deficiency (problems of giving visas and absence of direct sea and air link), are the main difficulties which impede the settlement of Tunisian enterprises in sub-Saharan Africa, according to Wided Bouchamaoui, president of the Tunisian Industry, Trade and Handicrafts Union (UTICA).
