UAE-based Sanjeevv Bhatia (SB) Group recently showcased its smart property management and system integration solutions for the hospitality sector at a key event in Dubai in co-ordination with its key subsidiaries.

Around 200 stakeholders from the hospitality industry took part in the Stakeholder Conference 2021 hosted by The Hospitality Network where they got to witness the revolutionary products and services brought to market by SB subsidiaries - Netix Controls, a smart building management solutions provider; ODS Global, a smart systems integrator; and Teknoware, an intelligent emergency lighting manufacturer, said the statement from SB Group.

The stakeholders also included prestigious international hotel chains with a portfolio of both existing and new properties across the globe.

According to SB, these products were put on display at an exclusive 'Experience Room' mainly set up for the event.

The displayed automation solutions are implementable in both Greenfield and Brownfield projects, for seamlessly connected, monitored and managed buildings. The demo wall included a live command and control center (iICCC) which is a nerve center for smart city solutions - for interested stakeholders that included developers, facility managers, consultants, and fit out companies, the statement added.

Also on display were integration capabilities of various systems with the Netix Konnect iIBMS platform.
The featured solutions included state-of-the-art Wi-Fi enabled and remote operatable thermostats designs that minimize hardware dependence; and the interplay of hardware and software to achieve seamless GRMS workflow, with guests able to see utilities consumption monitored and tracked on a live screen.

"We were able to give stakeholders a live demo of the massive integration-enabled advantages they can unlock, for their hospitality properties," remarked Sanjeevv Bhatia, Founder and CEO of the SB Group.

"Visitors to the Experience Room were able to witness a live demonstration of the Netix Konnect platforms real-time alarm generation, as well as utility consumption and energy monitoring capabilities; in addition to features that enhance asset lifecycles. Also showcased were the Netix iICCC - a single window access to real-time smart city data with energy management, data analysis, security, fault detection and diagnostics - which enables business intelligence, Big Data analysis, and IoT integration for an entire city, using powerful analytical dashboards," he added.

In the context of the hospitality industry, Netix Controls, a unit of Netherlands-based Netix Global BV, is not only able to integrate GRMS, BMS, but also programme it to remember a particular guests preferred settings - including energy consumption, real-time usage, preferences, and more - which are automatically shared whenever the guest checks in next.

This makes it possible to anticipate and manage energy usage, in addition to providing highly personalized services.

"Likewise, the Teknoware emergency lighting systems that the SB Group has introduced in the region, are the first brand that can be seamlessly integrated with any BMS; as well as having the capacity to be implemented as a self-contained system. The emergency lighting system includes assets that vary from stylish designer components, to robust emergency lighting that can withstand the harshest environments and conditions," stated Bhatia.

According to him, the opportunity to demonstrate Netix Controls connected approach, ODS Globals Multi-source Service Integration (MSI), and Teknowares revolutionary lighting systems, live, for the crme-de-la-crme of the industry was a brilliant opportunity for the SB Group.

"We have already been inundated with enquiries and strong interest from the visiting stakeholders and their organizations, I strongly believe that The Stakeholder Conference 2021 will be a turning point, for the hospitality industry, as well as sustainability and smart services goals set for the region," he added.-TradeArabia News Service
