JEDDAH — Eqar and Bena Investment Company signed a designing contract for a SR600 million hotel tower in Jeddah.
Chairman of the company, Faisal ibn Hussin Al-Kaf, said that the tower will include the tower and a huge commercial complex overlooking the coast.
Adeeb Hussein Kutb, project designer, said that the project will also have a cinema, two upper levels for offices, two levels for shops and 15 levels for the hotel.
