DOHA: Samsung has introduced to the Qatari market three new smartphones of the Samsung Wave family: The Samsung Wave II , Samsung Wave723 and Samsung Wave525. All three new models are based on Samsung's own Bada smartphone platform, an open-source operating system incorporating the latest innovations in mobile communications and on-the-go entertainment.

Samsung's Bada platform offers an exceptional smartphone experience rich with mobile applications, new technology and endless possibilities for Samsung mobile phone users. The name 'Bada', which means 'Ocean' in Korean, was chosen to convey the limitless variety of potential applications which can be created using the new platform. These three new products combine advanced functionality and intuitive usability with features giving users a smarter way to stay connected on the go.
