DUBAI -- Sahm Technologies, the IT subsidiary of Emaar Group, has entered into a partnership with US-based Talisma Corporation, which provides multi-channel customer relationship management (CRM) solutions.

The alliance will entail Sahm to offer implementation and system integration services around Talisma CRM suite. Under the agreement, Sahm will be the exclusive provider and distributor of Talisma CRM in the AGCC.

According to Madar Research, the CRM applications market is expected to be worth over $190 million by 2008 in the UAE alone. Sahm's vision is to be one of the major players in that market, bringing innovative and competitive solutions to the region.

Talisma CRM is an important component of Sahm's Corporate IT Services division, which also includes managed IT services, managed security services, e-sustenance center and data centre services.
