DUBAI, Apr. 10th, 2010: H.H Sheikh Saeed bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum attended the closing ceremonies of the 10th Al-Youla season and the 5th edition of popular show "Al-Meydan, held under the patronage of H.H Sheikh Hamdan Bin Mohammed Bin Rashid Al-Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai.

The ceremonies were held at the Dubai World Trade Center where Sheikh Saeed honored winners of the with the Fazza' trophy, the Fazza Al-Youla championship Ateej Balkdeidah Al-Falasi, Mansour Bin Wabran Al-Ahbabi and Saeed Mohammed Al-Ahbabi, who ranked 1st, 2nd and 3rd respectively.

Al-Falasi achieved the world's highest throw of a weapon performed on the top of Burj Khalifa.

He also honored the panel of judges of the two events.

Al-Youla is an ancient Bedouin dance where a performer shows off his dancing skills while rotating his rifle embodying the bond between a Bedouin and his weapon.

A song dedicated to Sheikh Hamdan was performed by singing stars Khaled Abdul Rehman and Al-Yaziya Mohammed.
