By signing a deal with Epsilon, one of the biggest companies specialized in Job Performance, Evaluation and Analysis, Radisson SAS Hotel Amman aimed to conduct several tests for 40 employees from the Hotel's various job levels and titles.

Director of Human Resources and Training in the hotel, Mr Nidal Shalabi, said that based on the results of the Employment Testing System applied by Epsilon to determine the needs of staff training, development, leadership, management skills, sales skills, initiative and team work and most of all time management, the hotel has contracted with International Consulting & Training Network Company (a global high-level company specialized in training inside Jordan, Lebanon and the Gulf) to hold several training courses for the hotel staff including: Sales; Marketing & Customer Service; and Train the Trainer.

Radisson SAS General Manager Mr Firas Mniemneh added that 2008 will be a special year for all the hotel's employees in terms of career training and development aimed at improving the performance and to develop the implementation of the tasks assigned to each one of them.
