The Civil Service Commission stated that the travelers who return back to Kuwait during their home quarantine period are not counted as sick leave nor it should be deducted from leave balance. All the passengers coming to Kuwait are subject to a 10-day home quarantine, but they can end the quarantine before this period if they have a negative PCR test 72 hours after their arrival.

Passengers coming back to Kuwait should make use of the Shlonak app which allows the quarantined person to upload PCR test results.
