Doha - Video Home & Electronic Centre recently announced the opening of a new service centre, the biggest in Qatar, at Industrial Area Street No 36 Gate No 2.
In this facility of 2,200 square metre, a large space is provided for spare parts, workshop, training academy and reception. This integrated service centre will provide service to all products such as electronics/home appliances/air conditioners/GSM and IT at one place with over 150 trained people provide both in home and carry in services.
Video Home & Electronic Centre has divided Qatar into five zones. Engineers equipped with 30 vehicles, tools and spare parts are placed in strategic locations to reach customers faster whereever they are.
It has been regularly upgrading infrastructure and services every year to cater to all customer requirements. Its value-added services include call registration from 8am to 8pm (4365454); instant messaging system on mobile for updated on your complaint status; lucky customers are entitled for free service every day; and assured service in 48 hours. The plan for this year include 1) to set up collection points at all major points of Qatar and 2) mobile workshop to complete major repair at customer place itself.
