DOHA - As part of a mutual agreement on the protection of endangered species between the two countries, Qatar presented two Oryxes to Kuwait.

Mohammed Bakhit Al Miri, head, Wildlife Protection, Supreme Council for Environment and Natural Reserves (SCENR) handed over the species to the officials of General Authority for Agriculture and Fisheries, Kuwait on last Sunday. The Kuwiat officials said the endangered species would be protected at their national zoo.
