DOHA: The Apollo Clinic is completing one year of its operations in Qatar today. Ever since the clinic was formally launched on January 26, 2005, there has been a steady increase in the patient flow which by itself speaks of the quality of treatment delivered to its customers, a press release said.
The clinic has already treated more than 30,000 patients in its first year of operations which is indeed an achievement for any new clinic.
Started off with just five specialists a year ago by the renowned Apollo Hospitals Group of India, Apollo Clinic is now offering consultations in 13 different disciplines besides all types of lab services, diagnostics such as TMT, Echocardiography, Ultrasonography & X-rays. The Clinic also houses a Pharmacy and Optics.
Besides routine consultations, investigations and treatments, the clinic is also engaged in various cosmetic treatments such as Dermabrasion, Chemical peels and cosmetic dentistry.
As the focus of health care is getting gradually shifted from illness to wellness, Apollo clinic offers various preventive health checks to suit all the members of a family.
The Clinic also conducts pre-employment and pre-insurance medical checks for various major organizations. The clinic is poised for further growth in the coming months with addition of more disciplines.
