PharmaServe, the first pharmaceutical group of independent retail pharmacies in the region, announced its annual revenues during the annual general meeting (AGM) recently held at Bristol Hotel.

During the meeting members of the general assembly approved both the management and financial reports for the year 2008.

PharmaServe's future plans were presented to its shareholders and the new services recently launched such as online ordering and "Ya Hala" and "Ya hala plus" target schemes as well as the insurance umbrella contracts were discussed. These services come in line with PharmaServe's constant upgrading and improvements of services offered to its pharmacies to raise customer service and professional performance.

During the meeting shareholders announced their solidarity with pharmacy owners and with the Jordan Pharmaceutical Association efforts to lift sales tax on medicines and pharmaceutical products.
