Riyadh — More than 33,000 housing and financing options were announced on Saturday by the Ministry of Housing and the Real Estate Development Fund as part of their 9th batch of the Sakani Program for 2018.
With these allotments the number of housing and financing options until the 9th batch this year has exceeded 215,000. These include 74,700 real estate loans, 63,222 free residential plots of land, 2,584 ready housing units, 67,367 housing units under construction, 8,000 ready housing units purchased from the market.
The total number of housing and financing options that have been announced since the beginning of the program in the beginning of 2017 has reached 500,000.
